So, on my way down to work this morning, I hit a bird. Yes, the poor little thing was attacked by my radio antenna!! I just looked out the back window to see if it was okay, and I saw it flopping around on the road. I felt really bad so I stopped to get it, hoping that the injuries weren't too bad and that with a little love and help, it would heal and be okay. So I got it and took it to the office. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Poor little guy has gone the way of the dust. It was interesting to see my parents dog react to it though. You can see from the photo that it's almost like she knew something was wrong, she was so cute and just laid down by the little bird and waited. Sad start to my Wednesday morning!
